Just tried it. I network disabled it.
Went to my first site, activated it and I can see the Ingredients extensions. If I create another new site. I can active it, get no errors, but I cannot see the ingredients extensions. Its like it only works on the main site. Everything else afterwards it doesn’t show it.

I’m going to try and network disable all the plugins, and then activate on a per site situation to see how it goes.

Edit: No luck. Network disabled all plugs. Created a new site. Activated wppizza, then activated Ingredients extension. Still cannot see it.

I gave you Superadmin rights on the credentials I sent you.

I will try your suggestion.
