Hi Olly,
Thanks for the update. I have installed this version via FTP and I guess I just have to wait until the next update to see if it works.
Will let you know.
Thanks again.
Kind regards

Hi Olly,
Just coming back to this and wondering if you had a look into this. The login listed above is still working.
I forgot about the update not showing and just noted, when I looked into the current version available that I need to update.
Would be great if this could be solved.
Thanking you in advance.
kind regards

Thanks Olly,

Hi Olly,
just wondering if you had a chance to look at the sort order?
Thanks

Hi Olly,
Thanks for your response.
Sorry, but you lost me here. I got three fields in Order-Settings:
1) Which email address should any orders be sent to [separated by comma if multiple]:
2) If you would like to BCC order emails add these here [separated by comma if multiple]:
3) If you want to set a static “From” email address set it here, otherwise leave blank . All emails will appear to have been sent from this address. (Some fax gateways for example require a distinct FROM email address). However, the customers email address will still be stored in the db/order history if entered
I have entered my shop email in 2 and as from in 3.
Or are you talking about the email field in the Order Form Settings?
Thanks
Kind regards
Regine
Hi Olly,
I have got my additional ingredients grouped on the online order page.
The sort order of the additional ingredients is working fine there, but on every other spot the sorting of the additional ingredients is alphabetically. Can it sort it in the same why as they are grouped and sorted on the order page? As the food is prepared in a specific order it would help reduce the error quote.
Here some screen shots:

Hi Olly,
I have questioned my hosting company again on this and his response is:
“Thanks — this is correct, in the sense that the PHP configuration does
not define a timezone. This is a deliberate omission though — for web
services, a system-wide default timezone doesn’t make a lot of sense,
since viewers may be anywhere in the world. The question of what timezone
does make sense is best determined on a per user/application basis — ie,
your wordpress/plugin configuration should either specify a timezone or
determine what it considers appropriate — be that some configurable
timezone or some local time tuned to the individual user/client.”It makes sense to me, that time zones vary for users around the globe and in general it probably makes sense, but obviously in the case of the ordering plugin we want to make sure, the time zone is set to the local time zone of the restaurant, so that a user on the other side of the world can’t order an item at the wrong time.
Just thought I let you know. It’s working fine with the settings I currently have.
Thanks

Hi Olly,
Thanks for your response. I think that was the problem, that I hadn’t cleared the cart before I did all the cache clearing.
I did it again correctly and it is now working fine.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Kind regards
RegineHi Olly,
sorry, still no luck. I logged out and closed all windows, then emptied the cache in the preferences and quit the browser. Logged in again and it doesn’t do anything different. Still doesn’t empty the cart.
Thanks

Hi Olly, thanks for the update.
I just installed it and ticked the box on both sites, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference to the cart!?
Thanks

Sorry you lost me, I don’t see a settings option like this?
Hi Olly,
I thought I had responded, but can’t find it anywhere.
Anyway, the update hasn’t shown in any of the sites nor in the network admin, also tried deactivating and re-activating, but no luck. Seems to be a multisite issue.Does that mean I have to use the FTP upload?
Thanks

Hi Olly,
Thanks a million for the update. It works wonderful and saved me tons of time.
Yes agree, site by site is fine, globally is too dangerous.
Thanks
Regine
Hi Olly,
yes, it’s not shown anywhere, i tried all sites and network admin. I also tried to deactivate the license and re-activate on one of the sites.
According to my Network admin I am fully up to date with all plugins.
Do you want a login to have a look?
Thanks
RegineThanks Olly,
Just tried deactivating and re-activating but no luck.
Will give it another day or two.
Thanks
